It is a franchise and was sold. All of us were laid off as they had their "own" people. Dealing with Tenants, Owners and Vendors is quite a juggling act. No time for much else. Calls can come in at any time of day or night for Maintenance Emergencies. Owners were stingy on what to have repaired and always complained about the cost.
