Pros
Benefits: 4 week vacation, 401K matching, insurance... Most of the people (at least within my department) are very nice and respectful. True team environment.
Cons
In my department, there isn't opportunity for advancement. I don't have the "skill set" to move across the business, so I can't advance until someone dies or quits.
