      Seem to care about employee well being Fast paced

      Targets and goals are arbitrary numbers that are seemingly pulled from thin air. Followed by immense, constant pressure to meet them, even if they are nearly impossible. Chaotic, changing priorities. Work you’re responsible for often isn’t what you’re being measured against. Mgt out of touch.
