To be honest, finding pros is very difficult for RB.But; - Result oriented - Not so many processes to follow, if you can justify you will get approval
Cons
- They threat people as things - Even if you perform very well, they easily cut your bonuses with some illogical reasons - No proper HR process in play. Everything works with connections - Salary is low for mid-level managers and below
