Wonderful team of people and the job is actually very rewarding. It's also not as hard as it may seem
Cons
Management often makes rules that don't make sense, they go back on rules they previously made, and they can be rude and disrespectful. The pay is also low in comparison to other private sector jobs. The job is also mentally draining due to the nature of people you work with but it's not too severe.
