Absolutely wonderful work environment that prioritizes employee development, support, and safety of each other, and our patients. I have started with this company as a CNA, and am currently completing my internship for Bachelor of Social Work. One of the few in the Midlands that does bachelor's level. I am so grateful for this opportunity, and thankful for the entire team for supporting me in this career journey. Challenges are met with bravery and support.

Staffing shortages like most hospitals currently. Large companies can have breaks in communication from department to department. Follow up is necessary at times to create cohesive work environment to achieve shared goals.
