Pros
Wings Team is great for college students, flexible hours, paid worked trips, you become close with your co workers as well. They also offer opportunities to grow within the company
Cons
They expect a lot from you, and a lot of managers forget you are in college and you have to study and also go home for breaks. Also they do not like spending money on part time workers, if you want your manager to buy you lunch after working 10 hours, don't bother asking.
