      They do not really trust you and it does not matter for how long you have been in the company, only the appearances You are not valued, just used for what they need The truth is not important for them, only their image.

      Cool culture, free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      Very very long hours. 12 hour plus. Pay at around 60 grand. Tons of back and forth. This job isn’t worth it. I can’t stress enough how long the days are with this place. It’s crazy. If it was hourly pay, maybe it would be worth it. You make the most money in training then it drastically drops off.
