      Pros

      Fantastic Culture, Training, Development Opportunities, Great tools and systems, minimal processes and procedures, Entrepreneurial mindset and if you have this then you will thrive, greta people and benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive to role, tenure and achievements compared to other FMCG companies. Bonus is paid regularly however is capped or if uncapped very difficult to obtain

      Cool culture, free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      Very very long hours. 12 hour plus. Pay at around 60 grand. Tons of back and forth. This job isn’t worth it. I can’t stress enough how long the days are with this place. It’s crazy. If it was hourly pay, maybe it would be worth it. You make the most money in training then it drastically drops off.
