Pros
- Starting your career here was excellent for me. - Great perks ranging from support for hobbies, good holiday and work flexibility and training (largely driven by having GOOD people managers in the right place). - On the job training is excellent and courses are abundant. - There is a 'type' of Red Bull employee I suppose, but if you fit anywhere into that spectrum then the people are brilliant, fun and great to work with. Everyone bounces off each other and strives for the business to do well. - Top down planning is mixed with bottom-up, meaning everyone knows how they contribute to the overall agenda (certainly in Sales). - Some of the best incentives/parties/hampers/trips I've ever had!
Cons
- Lean structure, so progression can happen if you're in the right place at the right time (not really the business' fault). - The business is great, but if you need to pay a mortgage/have kids, whilst the flex is good, the salary of medium wage + parties may not cut it. Depends on your life stage.
