Pros
Flexible hours for a student with decent pay which is great, requesting vacations or time off is pretty accommodating. You can get lots of red bull (of course) and you get to attend or work at extremely cool events hosted or sponsored by the brand which is definitely a perk. You usually get to work with amazing people on your team, and in the office/field. If you're lucky enough to have an awesome manager they can make the job even more enjoyable but that seems hard to come by lately.
Cons
It can be extremely disorganized, political, and mundane day-to-day tasks. Many of the managers have no previous management training or are recent graduates so they do a very lack-luster job when overseeing a team, and basically suck all the fun out of this super cool job with micro-managing.
