      Great pay Get to work on campus rather than in an office Lots of free gear and product Fun job working with lots of fun people

      Cons

      Some of the events feel forced Not enough SBM insight into how certain "set in stone" events run, even if the campus isn't a good fit for one of the events you still have to do it

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
