They advertise themselves as having an amazing benefit plan, and they used to, but last year they not only started charging for benefits, they cut the coverage drastically. So many things that used to be covered aren't anymore, and no one really explained what the changes were. So many employees accepted lower pay than they might have on the promise of not having to pay for benefits! They also give no work/life balance. You are expected to be available 24/7 and are penalized for having a life outside of work.
