      Exciting culture and core company values. Incredible benefits and excellent training and product education.

      Cons

      Very hard to have a work life balance. Incredibly long hours for management. Far too many reports. Had to be 100% Red Bull 100% of the time. Your identity has to be the company.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
