      1. Getting to create your own schedule 2. Work with and meet a large variety of people 3. Sales and Marketing experience that you won't learn in your classes

      1. Creativity can be limited, they have a certain vision and some of your ideas may not fit that even if they are good. 2. Schools have contracts that can make your job more difficult/restricted

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
