      Very supportive line manager & team. Great culture

      Cons

      None as far as I can think of. Would be great if they gave interns an opportunity to convert to full-time if they performed well.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
