Pros
Great work environment with capable and knowledgeable people. Great balance with your personal life thanks to flexible work hours. Coworkers arrange several activities over the week, great to relax and have some fun. Besides coffee and snacks , you can get some free and healthy food a few times per week. Many interesting projects lacking people which makes it not so difficult to switch to another team if you are interested.
Cons
The process to go up in your career is not so transparent as it could be. Bonuses have decreased over the last few quarters. Besides promotions, non existing policies for salary upgrades.
