      Pros

      I have friends in top product based companies BUT, I can say confidently that Red Hat is better in the following things as compared to other product-based companies. Great learning curve. Best and the latest technologies to work with. (All the latest Open Source technologies and programming, you name it). Awesome free snacks. Collaborate with teammates around the world. Unlimited WFH, no timings as such. No dress code. Internet Reimbursement, etc. Contribute to any project you want, one can attend meetings of any teams, no restrictions.

      None as such. I did not find any.

      Extremely talented and motivated people Great product and ecosystem around Kubernetes

      Cons

      Bluewashing is real. After 4 years past acquisition it is not Open Decision company anymore. There is no clear communication about the direction where the company goes, some departments were moved to IBM without clear explanation why. Promotion process that was clear before is gone, and now your salary increase or promotion are directly depend on your relationship with the manager and not from your contribution to the team or the product.
