Pros
- Outstanding work life balance - Talented and passionate peers - Flexibility of WFH as well as timing - Meritocracy preferred over hierarchy - Supportive managers - Great visibility and recognition
Cons
- Salary can be improved, it is not less but people doing such awesome work deserve much more, especially in locations like India, it sometimes seems inferior compared to even smaller companies - Sometimes it is chaotic since most work is async and people like to take individual responsibility - Help is available and everyone is so helpful but only if you ask, you are literally your own boss - Recent higher management changes seems focusing more on paperwork on cost of valueable engineering time
