      At Red Hat, everyone has an opportunity to be heard. Great ideas come from everywhere, and they know it. The culture is wonderful, and the pay and benefits are well within the industry standards. The opportunity to learn and grow is endless.

      Cons

      Onboarding can be a bit of information overload. The environment is very fast-paced. You'll often face situations for the first time that can add to a feeling of impostor syndrome or anxiousness. Did I mention the pace?
