Company is growing rapidly and building extended service lines - feels like working for a start up with the expertise, stability and funding of a more mature business. People are professional, respectful and there's a great feeling about growth and potential as individuals and as a business.

As a rapidly growing company there are some growing pains - depends on how you look at it though - is it an opportunity to make things better or make your mark, or does a missing or half baked process make you crazy? I see the opportunity and am not surprised by gaps in corporate processes.

The health insurance doesn't suck.
