Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We appreciate your feedback related to maintaining the great culture we’ve built here at RN—it is certainly a passion and priority for us and we will do our best to keep doing all of the things that make us…well, us. We also plan to look at tools that will give us better insights as to whether we’re doing a good job of that. We agree that professional development is key to ongoing success and retaining the amazing talent we have here. We’re hoping that some of the tools we’re looking at will give us greater visibility into the specific areas where our team members could benefit from such programs. We are so glad that you are having a positive experience at Red Nucleus and look forward to many years together! If you have any further feedback, please don’t hesitate to email us at hr@rednucleus.com.

Pros

Remote Work and some of the clients are good.

Cons

You must be connected to succeed. Constant berating, never good enough - it is the RN way or no way - we expected this and you didn't do it so you must be a failure. And it is just getting worse. It used to be a better place now it is just miserable - everyone is miserable, but they all pretend it is a great place to work instead of asking management to do something about the horrible conditions. It is worse than Artful Dodger.
