      1. Poor onboarding/training structure 2. Relatively high turnover due to burnout or other opportunities 3. Not great management oversight 4. Very few boundaries with unreasonable/last-minute requests from clients

      Remote Work and some of the clients are good.

      Cons

      You must be connected to succeed. Constant berating, never good enough - it is the RN way or no way - we expected this and you didn't do it so you must be a failure. And it is just getting worse. It used to be a better place now it is just miserable - everyone is miserable, but they all pretend it is a great place to work instead of asking management to do something about the horrible conditions. It is worse than Artful Dodger.
