Pros

The benefits are good for families, there is unlimited PTO.

Cons

Upper management are two faced people. They are really good at placing the blame on other instead of taking responsibility for their actions. This company causes a lot of emotional stress on co workers and Human Resources doesn’t take action. There is no employeee handbook and they claim to have good company morals but this is 100 percent false. Managers don’t want to train employees because they don’t know how to do the job themselves. And don’t ask about applying for another job because the answer is always no. Age discrimination is a big thing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry you have a negative perception of Red River. Our employee handbook is available on our intranet site. In the handbook, it lays out the policy with regards to internal department moves, including the requirement of having been “in your current position for at least 9 months and in good standing prior to moving to be eligible for transfer.” This policy allows for our employees to gain a good foundation of the company and their role prior to beginning to learn a new role. You mentioned age discrimination and that is not something we stand for at Red River. If this is a concern please reach out to us immediately via email at hr@redriver.com or via phone at 603-448-8880. Thank you.

Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
