Pros

Lots of great people, benefits aren't too band and there used to be a lot of flexibility to be remote, take time off and that kind of thing.

Cons

Terrible leaders. You've seen it from others, Terry, Cyndi, Pat... All liars and abusive, self-important people who pretend to be polite and to have your best interests in mind but behind your back tell others you're getting fired or should get fired. Terry came in to cut costs. Nothing more. Look at his background. Doesn't know that business and doesn't know how to lead or manage actual humans. He treats people like products and doesn't care at all who's life he destroys with lies and blatant illegal and unethical HR practices. Just last month I tried to speak to HR about this and was told it would be addressed, and of course it wasn't. They favor specific people over others and will lie right to your face and even worse, about you to other Executives to get what they want. When it was CWPS, things were different, I'm told. But I wasn't here then. If I could afford to, I would walk out today.

Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
