None, nothing, zero, nada, you learn what type of company’s not to work for .

Cons

Horrible new company with lots of growing pains. No structure. They are greedy. They treat staff un equally . Favoritism. Promise fake bonuses. Two faced. Fake write ups. They have a revolving door or staff. Residents are miserable because of the way they are treated aswell.

-Inhumane conditions imposed on residents coupled with extremely slow to no approval to support on site team efforts to improve -Finger pointing vs solutions driven -Lack of structure -Inadequate support for work-life balance
