Pros
Performance managers try their best to help. The amenities at the headquarters are nice, but you really have to come in before your shift or stay after you get off the clock if you want to utilize them.
Cons
Glorified call center. They advertise that you can promote within 3 months, but that's basically a lie. If you move to other positions within the company you'll be taking a pay cut. The commission payout is terrible considering how much work is involved. Basically, they'll hide your compensation behind all these "metrics" they say your commission checks are based on, but in all reality, money is taken from you and given back to the business. You'll make the company a dollar and they'll give you 10 cents. It's a good learning experience if it's your first job out of school, but other than that it's a real flaming b-hole of a job.
