Pros
+competitive pay for sales agents, especially master sales agents +fun and young culture allows casual dress and constant prizes/parties/games/rewards
Cons
+lack of diversity in upper management +favoritism towards top performers only +skewed distribution of comp for regular employees. the average agent does not in fact make 2k comission a month +although there are no manager offices, all management is very closed door and shady about what they are offering to agents + The company just layed off or demoted 50+ managers, many with years of tenure, with little to no rhyme or reason
