Pros
You can get a pretty big salad for $2.
Cons
If you're hired as a sales agent, expect to be treated like a child here, even if you're a top performer who follows all the rules. Expect to work a horrible schedule with promises of a better one once you're there for a while. And then good luck with that. I've been here for two years and still work late nights, despite consistently requesting a 9-5 shift. You'll make $10/hour and "uncapped" commission. Except your commission will ABSOLUTELY be capped. Expect to see your compensation plans change every month, with efforts from the ops team to keep you at an "expected average comp check", even if you work harder from one month to the next. If you're a female, expect to deal with misogyny on a daily basis. I had a manager tell me that men are better salespeople than women, even though I regularly outperform the men on my team. When you finally get burned out from taking call after call for eight hours a day, you can try to interview for a corporate position, but at best, you'll make $30K (if you can beat out any of the naive external candidates). Otherwise, enjoy working in the modern-day sweatshop, chained to your desk by your headset talking to rude people on the phone and even ruder people on your incompetent management team.
