Pros
Red Ventures offers a culture not many other companies do. The work hard, play hard mentality allows you to reach for higher goals thus challenging yourself to get better at what you do.
Cons
Work/life balance can take a toll. You are always connected to work via email and because newer companies such as RV offer so many amenities on campus, your co-workers become your friends, and the office, your home. Lines start to get blurry. Very laid back culture can at times turn unprofessional.
