I was fired because the CEO and HR part of company had issue with my religious preferences. After they lied about some stuff, then denied it, then acknowledged it, and then wrote it off, "oh no big deal. Just a tummy ache. At least you weren't allergic." That's not the point, I asked you a question and was lied to, then when you find out the need for the answer you tell me, "oh we dropped the ball." Total lack of respect for basic civil rights. - Anonymous employee Red Ventures Employee Review

Pros

Nothing. They don't listen. They don't tell the truth. They don't cooperate with you at all. It's their way or no way.

Cons

Pretty much everything. It's a lot of hush hush problems. Everyone sees them, but no one talks about them. When I was disrespected, I addressed a lot of problems.

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
