People/Culture -- fun & compassionate people are the norm, and it is a focus to continuously improve upon an already unique and open culture Management -- genuinely seem to care about the lives, opportunities for growth, and overall satisfaction of employees Growth -- lots of new opportunities & responsibility granted due to the high rate of growth
Cons
Impatience -- there tends to be an impatience with new endeavors, partly due to the rate of growth and a pressure to utilize discipline around how many opportunities are truly worth chasing. Creativity -- we hire many creative individuals, but we could be more lenient on granting employees additional time to explore their creative impulses and impact the business and/or culture positively further down the road.
