30 min of break time for your 9 hr shift, bathroom being included in that time Lunches supposed to be an hour but normally shortened to 30 min Marketing misleads customers by making them think they are calling a different company than they are actually calling resulting in unsellable calls and angry customers. Agents are encouraged to mislead customers in a "compliant" way. Most products that make agents most money are essentially screwing the customer over at least in the business I was on. Comp plan changes every month.
