Work from home. Great teammates.
Cons
RV claims to care about diversity, but it's all performative. They only care about the bottom line and would rather lay off countless amazing people, leaving the remaining employees doing the jobs of 10 people. Almost impossible to pivot to other teams (though they will dangle that carrot in front of your face for months).
