Pros
You get the opportunity to work at a great campus in a fast-paced challenging sales position. The insurance and benefits are good and you will become a much better salesperson working here. It is not an easy place, so really focus. If you work in the sales environment at Red Ventures and can last you will have worked in one of the more challenging sales environments. Most colleagues of mine who worked at RV all are top salespeople elsewhere and it's a great place to learn. You have to close sales and they do a good job training you.
Cons
For some teams, they give people very tough schedules where they have to work late at night and on weekends. The commission structure changed monthly and it felt like it was already predetermined how much you would make regardless of your production. I hope this has changed. The performance metrics they track sometimes seem arbitrary and aren't always the best indicator of your performance.
