Pros
Pay was better than most agencies. Work brand side but able to collaborate with large company. My team members were amazing but we were all laid off
Cons
People who grew up in RV are unwilling to change their ways and views. Outsiders even with a decade of experience are questioned and treated as if we don't know what we are doing. CEO has made it ubundantly clear that remote work is not valued.
