      I appeared to become a lot more attractive to recruiters at other companies after having had Red Ventures on my resume.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover on content teams. I was interested in the work other areas of the business was doing, but was told to get in my lane when I politely inquired about them.

      Fun work environment Early trust with meaningful work Autonomous

      Cons

      Lot of Pressure within 1 year If 1 person leaves the team all the work gets split amongst the team and we have to wait til the next cycle to alleviate that work
