      Pros

      100% remote position but had to pay for own separate router (their computer/systems would not work on the shared wifi I had at my apartment complex)

      Cons

      No upward mobility, low pay, no way to receive raises. No real incentive to do super well.

      culture is changing as they move to be more corporate, pay is mid/low
