      Positive vibes, lots of company events and morale boosting activities that are attractive to folks early in career looking to join what looks on the outside like the next Meta or Google with a splashy campus. You'll learn a lot quickly.

      Cons

      Heavy performance-focused practice/High degree of burn out. Very short-term profit margin focused. No actual exciting product innovation.
