Pros
- Learn a lot of skills, get really good at excel - Depends on what team you're on, but can be a great group of people
Cons
- Very quick turnaround. I worked for 3 months and within that time, 2 managers left, lots of people on other teams left too to go to competitor companies - Hard to get objective feedback -- everyone is pretty young so it seems like people don't want to be upfront about performance but then performance review is brutal - No clear documentation, they really value autonomy but it's hard to figure things out when no one will tell you
