Pros

Redapt has a lot of benefits to offer, but the one thing I looked forward to the most was working with my teammates. We built a strong comradery during my time with the company. It was always a fun time, though we maintained our professionalism whilst on the clock.

Pay could be more better.

Pros

The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

Cons

The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
