Pros
The one pro about this job is obviously the flexible schedule, but there’s no training other than these monthly one-hour calls. However, this is more of a Q & A with the team manager, not training and learning more about the industry. Another pro is that you don’t have to report to your manager hardly ever.
Cons
The pay won’t add up to full-time compensation even if you treat it like a full-time job. The team manager expects you to serve several areas and neighborhoods in your territory, so the driving gets brutal.
