Beware of this company - Associate Agent Redfin Employee Review

You can not get a decent pay. There's hardly any work. You will be lucky if you earn $500 a week. It's absolutely absurd to make associates pay MLS fees and board fees when it will take you months to get that money back from work. Your employees are as crocked as the company. There is no team mentality. They will step on you to get further ahead, no remorse. If you go to HR regarding an issue, you wont get a resolution, The problem wont be fixed. I just wishes I read the reviews before I signed up to join the company,
