Pros
Redgate has a great culture - lovely office, friendly people and lots of opportunities to socialise if you'd like to. Work-life balance is great, and they are very understanding of personal issues that affect us all. Those with confidence will do well as senior management are approachable and genuinely interested in your opinions, giving you the chance to influence the direction of your work. They place a high value on training and self improvement and feedback is regularly given. With Microsoft's renaissance the technology is looking more interesting.
Cons
Some roles end up being overlooked and therefore can end up being busy but dull - you are just keeping the lights on. Workloads vary across the company with some people being maxed out and others spending time without enough to do, can be demotivating on both sides. Many middle managers have been there a long time, meaning progress in some functions is limited. Just undergone restructure so future direction and culture may be different.
