      Red Gate offers good pay rates and good terms of employment. It's a fast moving environment and there's a lot of opportunity for development, training and new responsibilities.

      Cons

      Not as good if you aren't in a technical role - your skills aren't valued as much by the company

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
