Pros

Great amenities in the office.

Cons

Poor managers that can't support employees, "Flexi hours" that they don't want you to flex, gossip and clique central, you only get support from colleagues if they like you and can be arsed. Account managers treated like god's gifts, everyone else is a second class citizen. Amazingly low diversity, you can count people of colour in the business on one hand...

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
