Pros
A great environment to learn and grow as a seller new to the software space. Front-line management profoundly cares for their teams' success and focuses on their reps' development and growth. The people you get to work with cross-function are mostly an absolute pleasure to work with. An established company with 20+ years of product-market fit
Cons
The overall sales organization is not as mature as one may like for a senior selling role. Sales Enablement is not built out in a way to support senior sellers very well. While the solutions do work as intended and provide value, they are still not quite enterprise ready for their space. Lack of supporting infrastructure to support enterprise selling motions
