Pros

Having been through a fair few hiring processes recently, Redgate's has to be the best... The communication was great and they did what they said they were going to do. Having now worked here for 3 months, the company is great with flexible working and some great "feel good" events. They look after their staff and everyone is extremely friendly.

Cons

None so far and hope this doesn't change.

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
