Pros
I’ve only been working at Redgate for a few months, but I’d say I’ve had the smoothest interviewing and onboarding process I’ve ever had. The company clearly cares about employee wellbeing and puts a lot of effort into providing budget for team socials, office celebrations and Christmas parties. This really helps bring the team together as the company expands, and it’s a nice opportunity to connect with colleagues you might not see frequently due to hybrid working. I really value the company being so open to flexible working in all forms, it’s genuinely the most trusting and supportive culture I’ve come across to date. Everyone I’ve met has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and I’ve been really impressed by how open and transparent management are. It’s hard to know more about pay and progression at the company as I’m still new, but certainly what I’ve seen so far has been very impressive and I can see real efforts to retain and support staff. Being given a monthly wellbeing budget and so many amazing benefits is a huge plus too. Very happy to be here!
Cons
None that I can think of so far.
