Worst Work Culture, Corporate Politics and Mental Harrasment - ASM (Area Sales Manager) Redington Group Employee Review

This is one of the worst work cultures I have experienced. Official working hours mean nothing—employees are routinely forced to work from 9:30 AM till 11:30 PM, including weekends, holidays, and even approved leaves. There is zero respect for personal life or mental health. Corporate politics dominate everything, and favoritism is openly practiced. Forced resignations are common, and pressure tactics are regularly used to push employees out instead of following ethical HR practices. Management shows complete disregard for employee well-being. Advice to Management: Stop exploiting employees. Introduce ethical leadership, enforce real working hours, and end coercive exit practices.
